Design Facility
Product design and development is the first stage of our process. Our design engineers will analyze the project and advise on its design feasibility. Working closely with our customer and utilizing numerous technologies. We carry product through its development from prototyping to complete production tooling and utilizing cus tomer supplied data over the project.

Design : Dassault 3DS Solidworks
SolidWorks is a solid modeling computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided engineering.It is a solid modeler, It is the best parametric software for making 3D model to visualize the model before making. In-house product development can be done in a very short time with accurate analysis and optimization.
CAM: Autodesk Powermill (Formerly Delcam), Mastercam Mill.
PowerMILL is a 3D CAM solution that runs on Microsoft Windows for the programming of tool paths for 2 to 5 axis CNC Milling machines.
The software is used in a range of different engineering industries to determine optimal tool paths to reduce tool loads and produce smooth surface finishes.
PATTERN SHOP
Our team of Master pattern makers build models and pat terns from drawings, samples, prototypes or simply from the concepts or ideas discussed with the customer. These models can be relatively inexpensive and can be used to manufacture foundry tooling and prototype develop ment. In addition to model devel opment, pattern shop employees are able to consult with design ers, the CAM Department and the customer to develop prototype tooling and production patterns which are the most cost-effective and efficient.
MACHINING FACILITY
Our fully equipped shop includes thirteen CNC machining centers, which are capable of machining at high speeds, enabling the AWC Company to produce high quality tooling in a reduced timeframe.
Team programming between our CAM department & machine operators along with our advanced software allow extremely fast and efficient cutter path generation. Our machining centers afford the company greater flexibility in designing and manufacturing moulds, thus eliminating the need for additional processes.
